Hi, I’m Fazrul Izwan — a marketing strategist and Google Ads specialist based in Malaysia, working with clients across the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
I didn’t start in marketing.
My background is actually in Civil Engineering, but along the way, I became very interested in how businesses grow — especially how they attract customers and build trust online.
I began by designing small websites and running ads for local businesses. From there, I gained experience managing larger campaigns, including working with a Google Partner agency where I handled strategy and performance for brands across different industries.
Today, I work independently as a Google Ads Freelancer, helping companies:

In parallel, I also work with an HR consulting firm in Malaysia, where I help improve recruitment and training processes in organizations. This experience shaped how I approach marketing — with an understanding of how businesses actually operate internally, not just at the advertising level.
